Experience the Sebring Soda Festival This April

If you’re looking for some fizzy family fun, don’t miss the Sebring Soda Festival in Circle Park in downtown Sebring. The Sebring Soda Festival takes place April 11-12, 2026, and is hosted by the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce, highlighting many of the fantastic businesses in the area. The festival is a delicious way to try more than 200 craft sodas, as well as craft beer and wine, live music, festive food, and so much more.

The idea for the Sebring Soda Festival came from Jeff Cannady, the original owner of Sebring Soda & Ice Cream Works. With the help of Casey Hartt and the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce, the first festival was held in 2018, exceeding expectations, and drawing thousands of attendees. The festival’s aim has been to rally the community, promote local businesses, attract visitors, raise funds for the Chamber, and involve non-profit members, all while having a bubbly good time.

The 8th Annual Sebring Soda Festival kicks off at 10 am on April 11, with a full day of fun and events running through 5 pm. Sunday runs from 11 am to 4:30 pm. Throughout the weekend, there will be the Soda Pop Scavenger Hunt Challenge, the Red Easle Soda Pop Mosaic Art on the Circle, Carb-O-Nate appearances, Soda POP Art contests, pet costume contests, soda drinking contests for adults and kids, Bohm’s Family Entertainment, DockDogs events, the KidZone, the Soda Rex Race and more.

Festival admission is free, but tickets are required for the soda tastings, with ticket punch cards for 10, 28, and 48 tastings. There are the classic sodas, such as Coca Cola, 7-Up, and RC Cola, but there’s also Cheerwine, Nu-Grape, Romano’s, Route 66, Hank’s, Cicero, Caruso’s, and many more, with a wide range of flavors to experience and enjoy.
