ACH Deposit Terms and Conditions

By submitting your ACH payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Authorization: You authorize the Seller to electronically debit your bank account for the earnest-money deposit associated with your new home purchase.
  2. Accuracy of Information: You confirm the bank information provided is accurate and that you are an authorized signer on the account.
  3. Purpose of Funds: This payment is for your earnest-money deposit only and will be applied to your Home Sales Agreement.
  4. Refund Policy: All refund and forfeiture rules are governed exclusively by your fully executed Home Sales Agreement. Submitting an ACH payment does not create additional refund rights.
  5. Returned Payments: If the ACH is returned or rejected for any reason, the deposit will be considered unpaid and must be remedied immediately. Returned-payment fees may apply.
  6. No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks, stop-payment requests, or unauthorized reversals through your bank.
  7. Refund Processing (if permitted under the HSA): Eligible refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
  8. Security: ACH payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Your financial information will not be sold or shared.
