Workmanship Warranty

This 1-year warranty covers many of the aspects of the home that you interact with daily. As with the systems warranty, this provides surety coverage that backs up the builder’s warranty ensuring any covered item not meeting performance standards will be repaired, replaced, or you’ll be paid the cost of repair or replacement. Items included under this warranty are:

• Carpet and hardwood floors
• Ceramic tile

• Exterior siding
• Roof covering
