New Floor Plans Coming Soon!

October 19, 2026

As a respected home builder in Central and Southwest FL, we continue to design and build the kinds of homes that fit today’s buyers’ needs and lifestyles. Through hours of diligent design work and many expert eyes put on our interiors and exteriors, Summit Homes Florida is excited to introduce a new array of signature floor plans.

Our newest floor plans include the Emerald, Latania, Marathon, Montgomery, Rattan, Sago, and Washingtonia. These homes feature 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3.5 baths, 2 and 3-car garages, and range from 1,446 to 2,511 square feet, ensuring something for everyone! With the launch of these homes, we will continue to deliver outstanding craftsmanship overall, elevations that offer modern to farmhouse exterior looks, and our interior Elevated Living upgrades and finishes that are always included at no extra cost!

Our Montgomery floor plan was the first we put on the ground and want to share as it is almost completed. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a side-entrance 3-car garage, and 2,265 square feet. This naturally-lit home includes an open kitchen, dining, and living area that makes it easy to stay connected with family and guests. The covered lanai further expands the indoor and outdoor living area making it great for entertaining throughout the year. There’s also a walk-in pantry, laundry room, and mud room for added convenience and storage.

In addition, the owner’s suite is a private oasis with an elegant tray ceiling and an expansive ensuite bathroom that offers a true spa-like experience. Along with the large dual-sink vanity, there’s a free-standing soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. Check out our video of the Montgomery in-progress and stay tuned for the final look at the finished home on our YouTube channel.

No matter the size, all of Our new homes feature carefully planned layouts that make the home comfortable and functional. Whether you’re a growing family, a first-time homebuyer ready to start out with your forever home, or retirees looking for more space to live life with your grandkids, you’ll appreciate that our homes are easy to navigate and offer the ideal mix of central social areas and bedrooms that offer peace and privacy. In addition, our elevated living features can be seen in every room including quartz countertops, soft-close custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling shower tiling, epoxy garage floors, and more.
